TRIPP NYC accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original gothic hardware and tags are securely attached.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
